The above venue hire fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is received in writing at least three months prior to the date of the wedding.
Accommodation is charged per person per night. If staying at Stirling House, please note that all meals are served at the main lodge.
Rates are valid from 1st January 2018 – 31st December 2018 and for the same period in 2019. Rates are subject to change at short notice and should be confirmed with the office.
The following is included in the venue hire fee:
- The reception set up, incl. tables and table linen, chairs and chair covers, crockery and cutlery, linen serviettes, and glassware
- The bridal suite for your wedding night and breakfast the following morning
- The easel for your seating plan and table layout
- The cake table and cake knife
- Waitresses and bar staff
- The chapel
The following is excluded from the venue hire fee:
- Table decorations and / or flowers, vases etc.
- 10% service charge on all food
- Music, DJ’s and sound system
- Candelabras and candles
- Baskets for rose petals
- Baby-sitting services
- Hair & make-up
- Cake stands
Please note that the Liquor Act prohibits any form of alcoholic beverage being brought onto the premises and no drinks (soft or alcoholic) are allowed on-site. We provide a full bar facility at very reasonable rates which can be run as a cash or open bar. Please advise us 14 days prior to the wedding day which option you’ll be using. The bar closes at 12 midnight and the function should end at 12.30am.
