By now you will realize that our modus operandi is flexible enough to allow each bride to reflect her personal style. And in this vein, our team has simplified menu-making with choices that will permit you to “build a menu that will suit you and your budget”.

Suggestions to get you started…
Decide on your theme and then choose food to match it. And then you need to decide whether you want a plated meal or a buffet as this decision will affect how many waitrons you need to budget for. Generally, the preference is a plated starter and a buffet main, with guests helping themselves to exactly what they fancy.
We suggest you always include a red meat, a chicken dish and a vegetarian option. A curry or a casserole/hotpot are also popular choices as they can add a surprise of flavours.
Once you’ve done this, then you need to decide how many courses you require. Do you want to keep it short, sweet and simple or go big and decadent? The choices are yours.
